Needed for about 12 nutella treats:
- grams 500 grams of flour, possibly half Manitoba
- grams 12.5 grams of fresh beer yeast
- 1 whole egg
- 100 grams of sugar
- grams 70 grams of peanut oil
- ml 200 milk
- 1 bag of vanillin
- nutella enough.
Preparing Nutella treats:
In a large bowl, dissolve the brewerโs yeast in the warm milk, then slowly incorporate the sugar, whole egg, vanillin bag and seed oil. Add at this point the flour that should be mixed slowly and just got a dough firm enough, work with your hands until the dough has a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Now let the dough rise for about 2 and a half hours in a bowl covered with cling film and a cloth. It will have to double about the initial volume. After this time, take back the dough and work it a little more with your hands, adding a little flour if necessary. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and form a pastry about one centimeter thick. Now cut with a glass about 8 centimeters in diameter the pastry to form many round treats. Place the treats on the baking sheet not very close to each other and covered with a sheet of cling film let rise for another 30 minutes. To make the central hole where we will then put the nutella, the simplest system is to insert a piece of pasta like shells or cupcache in the center of the sweets, to be removed once cooked, which will have left a space to be filled with nutella. Once they are risen again bake already hot at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove the dough that served to create a scone and dust the surface of the treats with icing sugar. At this point place in the central hole the Nutella and our sweets are ready to be enjoyed. If you wish, you can also garnish whipped cream or jam.
